Learn how to mention Jira issues in Discord, so their details will be automatically displayed in the chat by Jiri bot.
Before you start
- Connect your Discord server to at least one Jira project you have access to.
- Enable Allow Discord users to see mentioned issue details in a Discord channel option in the project settings page (screenshot below).
- Connect your Discord account with Atlassian account (issues will be created with you as the reporter).

Mention Jira issue from Discord
Go to the connected Discord server, navigate to some channel and write a message that contains Jira issue key. For example:

After a few seconds, Jiri bot will display issue details in the chat:
